Thermocure Products

The first portable curing box that heats and cools!

Your job requires it. Thermocure II guarantees it.

THERMOCURE IIASTM requires the curing of test cylinders under controlled conditions during the first 48 hours in the field. Most likely, all 50 states will soon follow suit. That means maintaining the cylinders within a range of 60*– 80*F on the job site. Other curing methods aren’t reliable enough to ensure compliance. Thermocure II, however, makes it easy.

The right temperature in every environment.

In the field, so many variables can send cylinder temperature outside the required limits: not just extremes in outdoor temperature, but the heat that naturally occurs during the curing process. That’s why Thermocure maintains automatic temperature control with a heat pump that both heats and cools to within 2 degrees of the ideal temperature…well within ASTM limits.

Designed and built to last.

Thermocure II’s high-tech plastic construction makes the unit rustproof, corrosion resistant, and incredibly durable. Just as important, every component can be removed and replaced—so there’s never a need to replace the whole unit. Just contact us, and in most cases you can have your replacement part back in operation without interrupting the curing cycle!

Easy to transport, easy to use.

At 162 lbs., the lightweight construction makes Thermocure II easily transportable to and from the job site. (Compare this with competitive steel units weighing up to 400 lbs.!) And it couldn’t be easier to use: simply fill with water, set the electronic control, add the cylinders and forget about it!

For heating only…

…Spa Steel Products also offers the Thermocure I: all the advantages of Thermocure II but without the cooling function. For details, please contact us.
