How are you curing your Precast??

If you’re heat or steam curing, our “Thermocure II – Precaster” maybe of assistance to you.

At the request of several large precast operations we have added special controls and components to our Thermocure II concrete cylinder curing box that allows it to cure our cylinders in a manner matching your heat curing process.

This is a somewhat custom feature and we need your input. We have made several boxes that go from 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit over 8 hours, hold the 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours and then cycle back to 70 degrees Fahrenheit in 4 hours.
